**Join Our Exceptional Neonatal Team!** - **Start Date:** Must begin within the next week - **Position Type:** Licensed NICU RN floating required - **Facility Type:** High-acuity teaching hospital - **Milestone:** Apply now and secure your spot in a dynamic environment! **Job Highlights:** - Experience the thrill of a variety of clinical settings, floating to areas including: - Newborn NICU - Mother/baby units - Newborn rounds and nursery - Attending deliveries - Pediatric/PICU with neonate feeder/grower - Work every other weekend with the possibility of added shifts based on need - No call required — enjoy a balanced schedule! **Requirements:** - AHA BLS and NRP certifications required (STABLE and RNC-NIC preferred) - Minimum of **2 years** of NICU Level III experience - Previous travel experience is preferred; if not, must have large NICU experience (500+ beds) - Experience within a teaching facility is essential - Must have worked with EPIC in the last two years **Additional Information:** - Monday to Sunday shifts available (No block scheduling) - Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained - Complete work history is required (including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) **Important Note:** - Public Transport is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is a must - Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
