Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

Location: Eureka, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract

Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
Hours per week: 40
Daily caseload: 8–12 patients
Call: Required
Weekend work: Not required
Floating: Not required
First-time travelers: Accepted
Local candidates: Accepted
Block scheduling: Considered
RTO: Must be approved at time of submission

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in California
Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT
Fluoroscopy Permit
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

Clinical Details

Procedures include coronary diagnostic/intervention, peripheral diagnostic/intervention, permanent pacemakers, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias
Orientation: 30 hours
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
