Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Information

Charting system: Epic
Candidates residing in certain nearby counties are not eligible for this assignment
Required pre-start items include a government-issued photo ID, background screening, education verification, physical exam, fit testing, TB screening, drug screening, immunization documentation, and skills checklist completion
