Registered Nurse Clinical Education Manager
Job Overview
- Contract role in Juneau, Alaska
- 13-week assignment
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Day shift, Monday through Friday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alaska
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Educator experience within the last year
- 3 years of professional clinical instructor experience
- Experience in supervisory roles
- ED - Emergency Department experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- OB/GYN experience
- OR - Operating Room experience
Preferred Qualifications
- TNCC instructor certification
- Prior Emergency Room/Trauma and/or Remote Rural experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical education and training programs for nursing staff
- Design, teach, evaluate, and coordinate educational programs and competency development
- Support regulatory compliance for clinical certifications and competencies
- Oversee the trauma registrar program and support trauma designation/recertification efforts
- Coordinate instructors and training resources for programs such as ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, and TNCC
- Supervise clinical education-related activities and staff
