Physical Therapist Contract Job

Overview

Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy
Location: Cody, Wyoming
Employment type: Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday weekend coverage
Hours per week: 36

Setting

Primarily inpatient and outpatient
Also covers long-term care and home health

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Additional Requirements

Must be outside a 100-mile radius of the facility’s permanent address to be accepted
Compliance documents must be uploaded 5 business days before start

Notes

Mileage reimbursement is listed
Home health cars are expected to be used
