Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Alaska
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke
NBCOT

Work Setting

Outpatient, acute care, and long-term care coverage
Critical access hospital
40 staffed beds

Housing is available during the assignment (at additional cost)
