Diabetes Education RN
Overview
- Travel position in Marquette, Michigan
- 13-week assignment
- 40 hours per week
- Orientation is bi-weekly
- Candidate must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
Role Summary
- Provides diabetes education, consultation, and evaluation of patient and program outcomes
- Delivers patient and family teaching in group and individual settings
- Assists with diabetes supplies and supports other staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Clinic (2 years of experience)
- Clinic experience within the last year
- Diabetic Educator experience
- BLS
- CDE
