Assignment Length
- 20 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Requirements
- First-time travelers accepted with at least 3 years of experience and large-facility experience in a 400-bed-or-larger facility
- Must be able to work 3 of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
- No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment
- EKG exam on the first day of orientation; passing is required to continue
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
