Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- Valid RN license in Wyoming
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
Submission Requirements
- Candidate submission must include the SageWest coversheet
- Certifications must be attached to the submission
- License must be attached to the resume
Role Summary
- Provides direct and individualized nursing care for medical-surgical patients
- Coordinates with the care team on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Administers medications and monitors patient responses
- Documents patient information, vital signs, and care accurately and timely
- Supports bedside care, patient education, discharge planning, and physician assistance during exams and treatments
