Job Overview

Location: Highland Hills, Ohio
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 12 weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM–3:30 AM, Friday–Sunday
Weekly hours: 36
Weekend requirement: Yes
Call: No call
Patient age range: 18–99
Patient ratio: 1:4
Unit size: 24 beds

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Psychiatric experience within the last year
1 year of psychiatric experience
BLS
HWC

Role Focus

Intake assessment specialist RN for behavioral health patients
Common patient needs include detox, depression, and psychosis
Must be able to recognize mental health as an illness

Work Environment

Should be compassionate about mental health
Should remain unbothered by patient comments and be proactive during downtime

Dress Code

Navy blue scrubs or business casual
No hoodies

Travel Eligibility

Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel eligible
