Infection Preventionist
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Orange, California
- Start date: ASAP
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 5x8, 8:00–16:30
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends or holidays
- 40 hours per week
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of infection control experience
- Infection control experience within the last year
- CIC certification
- Experience in an acute care setting
Role Details
- Works independently
- House supervisors may be considered if they have infection prevention experience
- EPIC experience is highly preferred
Scheduling / Assignment Notes
- RTO must be included at submission
- Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
- Travel pairs will not be considered
- Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
