**Join Our Dynamic Pre-Post Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Team!** - **Exciting Opportunity**: Be part of a cutting-edge healthcare team focused on cardiac services and interventional radiology. - **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide exceptional care for patients in the pre-and post-procedural phases. - Perform TEE and bedside cardioversions, enhancing patient outcomes. - Administer conscious sedation and manage airway, pain, and comfort assessments. - Monitor hemodynamics and treat hemodynamically unstable patients. - Work independently and effectively within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. - **Flexible Shift Pattern**: - 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. - Flexibility in hours required for patient care. - **Qualifications**: - Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license. - ACLS and BLS certifications required. - CPI training within 90 days of hire. - Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience. - Strongly preferred: Two years in Cath Lab; ICU experience with post-cardiac care considered. - **Desired Skills**: - Comprehensive knowledge of pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care. - Ability to assess and intervene in patient comfort and stability. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
