Labor and Delivery RN

Overview

Specialty: Registered Nurse
Location: Fullerton, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Start date: ASAP

Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
Weekly hours: 36
Patient ratio: 1:2
Floating: May float to mother baby
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend, and may be more often based on unit need
On-call: Not required
Pending license: Not accepted
First-time travelers: Accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
NRP
EFM
AWHONN
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ability to perform sterile vaginal exams independently without supervision

Scheduling Notes

Scheduling preferences may be considered but are not guaranteed
Requests due to additional employment will not be considered
Must be open to working weekends
