### Exciting Opportunity for a Cardiovascular OR RN! **Job Description:** - Join an esteemed large (500+ bed), academic, teaching hospital! - Assignment duration: 16-26 weeks - Rates are tiered based on mileage (measured by direct line): - Travel: 101 miles - Radius: 51-100 miles - Local: 50 miles or less - Shift Details: - Options: - 4 shifts of 10 hours (0645-1715) - 3 shifts of 12 hours (0645-1915) - Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the unit and patient care - One full weekend of call every 5 weeks - Weekday calls: 1900-0715 (typically one during the week unless short-staffed) - Essential Requirements: - BLS certification required; CNOR preferred - Prior travel experience is a must - General nursing experience required - Recent experience in cardiovascular/open heart OR with a minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience - Epic experience from within the past 2 years is non-negotiable - May be required to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc.) where you will circulate without scrubbing - Additional Information: - IVS to OFFER - Monday to Sunday availability required - No block schedules allowed - Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays - Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained - Complete all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) for submission - Important Note: - Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable transportation (personal vehicle or rental) is strongly recommended - Ensure vehicles are equipped with all season or snow tires from November to April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
