**Exciting Opportunity for a PCU RN Traveler!** Join our dynamic float team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)! This engaging position is perfect for a passionate traveler ready to make a significant impact in patient care. Here’s what you need to know: - **Assignment Length:** 13-26 weeks - **Start Date:** 10/19 - **Schedule:** 36 hours/week; 12-hour Day shifts from 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM - **Floating Position:** Will be assigned to float team - **Weekend Requirements:** Minimum of every other weekend - **Holiday Coverage:** Work 2 out of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day/Eve) **Key Requirements:** - AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required - Minimum of 1 year tele experience required - Proficient in managing insulin and cardiac drips, and initiating IVs - Experience post cardiac catheterization - Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is nonnegotiable - NY license required or proof of application with applied date must be included **Additional Information:** - Bi-weekly orientations on Monday (next available: 11/02) - All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained - Complete work history information required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) **Important Notes:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable transportation is a must - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November – April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
