Exciting Opportunity for RN in PCU Float Team!- Position: Registered Nurse for Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Role: Float Team Assignment
- Schedule: Minimum of every other weekend and adjustments based on unit and patient needs
- Holidays: Required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day/Eve
Job Requirements:
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required (NIHSS needed before start)
- Minimum of 1 year of telemetry experience
- Experience with insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IVs, and post cardiac catheterization
- Epic experience from within the last 2 years (non-negotiable)
- Current NY nursing license or proof of application (applied date required) at submission
Additional Information:
- IV Services to OFFER
- Monday to Sunday availability required
- No block schedules available
- Bi-weekly orientations every Monday (next on 11/02)
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) necessary for submission
Important Considerations:
- Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable personal or rental vehicle is recommended
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April

- Shift: 12-Hour Night 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
