**Exciting Opportunity for Baird Mother/Baby Couplet Care Travelers!** **Job Description:** - Float position with a focus on Mother/Baby Couplet Care - Night shifts with flexibility for occasional day rotations as needed - Minimum commitment of every other weekend required - Thriving environment with opportunities to elevate your nursing career - Join a dynamic team that prioritizes patient care and staff support **Requirements:** - AHA BLS and NRP certifications required, AHA ACLS preferred - Prior travel experience is highly preferred - Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in a related field - Preference for candidates with antepartum experience and willingness to take on charge roles - Experience in a large facility (500+ beds) or teaching facility is essential - EPIC experience within the last 2 years is required and non-negotiable **Additional Information:** - Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays - All employment gaps over 90 days must be clearly explained - Complete work history information required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) **Disclaimers:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable transportation is a must.
