Job Overview

Location: Warsaw, Indiana
Employment type: Travel

Hours: 36 per week
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend
On-call: Not required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Clinical Details

May float to MS Telemetry
Care setting includes critical care and progressive care
Patient ratios vary by acuity: 3:1 or 2:1, with 1:5 if MS overflow/PCU
Unit has 14 beds
Facility has 72 beds

Role Highlights

Vent-dependent patients
IV drips
IV sedation
Occasional after-hours recoveries

Additional Notes

No block scheduling
No ECHMO or trauma ERRT
Submission must include required license, certifications, driver’s license, and permanent home address matching ID
