Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute

Clinical Setting

Outpatient caseload with chronic, acute, and post-op orthopedic conditions
Occasional neurological conditions

Additional Notes

Candidates residing in certain Texas counties are not eligible for this assignment
