Job Overview

Location: Victoria, Texas
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
Hours per week: 36
Start: ASAP
Patient ratio: 1:1 to 1:2, depending on acuity
Unit size: 13 beds
Scrub color: Caribbean blue

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery (5 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP
AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring

Additional Requirements

Circulate CLS
Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
Must request RTO with submission
Block holidays required
No 48-hour option
No block scheduling
No floating

Compliance / Onboarding

Urine drug screen, 10-panel
Background check
Immunization or titer documentation for Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Rubella, Rubeola, TDaP, PPD/TB testing, Flu, and Covid
Fit test available on site

Notes

EMR familiarity includes Medhost and Centricity Perinatal, with a planned transition to Cerner
