Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

Travel/contract assignment in Anchorage, Alaska
13 or 26 weeks
Day shift, 4x10 hours
Start: ASAP
First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart Stroke Foundation
ARRT (R) or RCIS
Neurointerventional experience
Electrophysiology Technician experience
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
Vascular Technologist experience

Schedule and On-Call

On-call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend
Some Saturdays are part of the regular weekly schedule
May float within scope to IR and EP

Additional Notes

Block scheduling is not available
Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Pending license is not accepted
Time off is reviewed individually after offer, with 1 request allowed per 13-week assignment
Guaranteed hours: 70 per 2 weeks, with up to 1 ten-hour shift called off per 2 weeks
