Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

Travel assignment in Sierra Vista, Arizona
Specialty: Interventional cardiology
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Orientation is held biweekly
On-call required on weekends, with call coverage greater than 12 days
Float requirement: occasional IR coverage

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
BLS certification

Skills and Experience

Diagnostic and interventional procedures
Preferred experience includes manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, Impella, IABP, and pre/post unit work

Work Environment

Adult patient population
Cath lab setting
Equipment includes GE
Cerner is used for the EHR

Additional Notes

The team also covers cath, stress testing, TEE, and tilt procedures
Scrub color is hospital provided
