RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Pre/Post Cath Lab experience

Preferred Experience

Electrophysiology experience

Unit Details

Cardiac cath lab with 3 procedure rooms
Team-based procedural care with 3 staff members per patient procedure
Procedures include left and right heart caths, pacemaker/ICD, Watchman, IR procedures, vascular procedures, and EP ablations

Schedule

One full weekend plus 2 weekdays per four-week schedule, for a total of 10 shifts

Work Environment

Floating may include the Pre/Post Cath Department
Team-oriented and flexible candidates are preferred
Uses Phillips and Siemens fluoroscopy equipment
Documentation systems include MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse
