Occupational Therapy Assistant

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Kansas
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (6 months of experience)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
BLS
COTA Certification
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Preferred Experience

Trauma experience
Comprehensive stroke experience

Work Setting

Acute care hospital occupational therapy unit
General acute care DME
Typical daily caseload: 9–13 assigned patients per COTA

Role Details

Provides occupational therapy treatments
Requires ability to work independently with little oversight
Strong communication, collaboration, and flexibility are important
