Occupational Therapist

Location

Honakaa, Hawaii

Contract

26 weeks

Specialty Experience

Minimum 2 years of work experience in at least 1 adult setting: acute, SNF, rehab hospital, or outpatient
Primary experience in SNF rehab

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii
Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience in a(n) Acute Care or Inpatient Rehab or Outpatient or Skilled Nursing setting

Schedule

Department coverage 7 days per week
Possible 5-day workweek with 1 weekend day
Hours may be up to 88 per two-week period
No guarantee of hours or shift preference

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic assessments
Prepare and implement treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy services for habilitation and rehabilitation of patients
May provide all occupational therapy services for a unit, center, or facility

Additional Notes

Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Services are provided 24/7
Must arrive the Thursday before start for an employee health appointment on Friday
