Monday–Friday
36 hours per week
8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Alternative schedule options: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Setting

Outpatient only

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Preferred Qualifications

EPIC experience preferred

1-hour evaluations
45-minute daily treatments
