Location: Ottumwa, Iowa
Employment type: Travel
Schedule: Day shift
Hours per week: 32
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekend requirement: At least 1 weekend per month
Call: None
Floating: Required between rehabilitation and medical-surgical areas for evaluations and treatments as needed
Patient population: Geriatric, adult, general diagnosis

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in occupational therapy
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
1 year of Occupational Therapist experience

Uses Net Health documentation
Scrubs may be any color
Pajamas and torn clothing are not allowed
