Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
BLS

Assignment Details

Modality: PT
Credentialing requirement: contract QA
Equipment provided during interview
30-day notice required
Parking provided on first day info
Dress code provided on first day info

Additional Notes

Candidates with recent perm/PRN work at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year
Candidates with prior ATI traveler or older perm/PRN work history may need rehire eligibility reviewed before submission
WA and AK are allowed to work on a Compact License
