Shift: Weekend nights; Friday and Saturday, with the third shift on another day during the week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
Long Term Acute Care experience
Telemetry experience

Role Summary

Provides patient care using the nursing process in accordance with state nurse practice act and hospital policies
Uses critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to support safe care delivery
Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education
Delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel
