RN - OR
Assignment Overview
- Travel RN role in Houston, Texas
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift may be either 2x12 hours plus 2x8 hours, or 24 hours plus 16 hours
- Weekend coverage required: Saturday or Sunday each week
- On-call duties required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ACLS
- BLS
- OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- RN circulating experience in general, gynecological, genitourinary, and pediatric open and laparoscopic cases
Preferred Experience
- Robotic experience
Unit Details
- Operating room with 9 beds
- Day shift staffing includes RN and CST coverage
- Night shift is covered by on-call staff
Dress Code
- Burgundy scrubs
- RN color: royal blue
