- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Texas
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- Vascular experience
- BSN
Unit Details
- Small unit with 2 beds and 3 staff members
- Day shift staffing includes 2 RNs and 1 tech
- Patient ratio is 1:1
- Uses fluoroscopy equipment
- Performs vascular interventions and biopsy/drain procedures
Schedule / Work Expectations
- Call after hours and weekends
- No floating
Work Environment
- High-intensity, high-energy setting
- Attention to detail and empathy are important
- Dark green scrubs required
