**Join Our Team of Exceptional Medical Professionals!** **Job Description:** - Start Date: October 26th - Local Candidates Welcome: (within 75 miles) **Submission Requirements:** - Up-to-date resume showcasing 2+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical with Stroke Stepdown experience. - Travel experience is required; document your previous assignments. - Skills Checklist that matches specialty is necessary. - Driver's license with an address matching your demographics. - Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. - NIH certification is required for this unit (can be obtained prior to start). - NURSYS Report for license verification with an ACTIVE NY License and all active RN licenses. - Requests for time off (RTO) must be included at submission. **Position Details:** - Unit: Medical-Surgical Stroke Stepdown - Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (block scheduling not guaranteed) - Floating is required - Scrub Color: Navy Blue **Unit Specifics:** - Common Diagnoses: Stroke, altered mental status, renal conditions, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation cases, general med-surg, pneumonia, pulmonary issues. - Specialty Equipment: IV pumps, N/G tubes, feeding tubes - Patient Demographics: Adults - Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
