Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
- CNMT or ARRT (NM)
- BLS
- TMB
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
Preferred Experience
- Previous hospital experience
- More than 2 years of experience
Work Setting
- Nuclear Medicine unit in a 228-bed hospital
- Day shift staffing includes 1 lead nuclear medicine technologist and 1 staff technologist
- On-call coverage after 4:00 PM
Common Procedures
- MPI stress test
- Bone scans
- HIDA scans
- Brain death studies
- Renal studies
- Parathyroid studies
- Lung perfusions
Schedule Expectations
- Must be open to weekend call
- Must be open to holiday call
