- Location: Santa Rosa, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 3x12 or 4x12
- Hours per week: 36
- On-call: Required
- Weekends: Required
- Locals accepted: No
- Travel pairs: Not allowed
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- RTO: Must be included at time of submission; approval depends on facility needs
- Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Pending license not accepted
- NURSYS verification required for RNs

Health and Compliance
- Fit mask required for travel starts
- Respirator clearance required for travel starts
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- TB screening required within 12 months of start
- MMR immunity or declination required
- Hepatitis B immunity or declination required
- Varicella immunity or declination required
- Tdap within 10 years
- Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
- COVID vaccination record preferred; declination not required
- Drug screen required within 12 months of start
- Minimum 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years
- Employment application required with at least the last 5 years of employment
- Skills checklist required for applicable unit
- Background check required before start
