Echo Tech

Job Overview

Location: Salem, Virginia
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 36
Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

Echo Technologist (2 years of experience)
Echo Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
RDCS or RCS

Clinical Details

Performs transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms
Supports Cath lab procedures for TAVR and Watchman, and OR procedures for CABG and valve cases

Unit Information

Cardiovascular unit
Uses GE Vivid E95s
Documentation systems: Merge and Meditech
Provides inpatient acute care on weekends and outpatient services Monday through Friday
