Physical Therapist
Job Overview
- Contract role in Rutland, Vermont
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Requires 2–3 weekend days
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Vermont
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
- BLS
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust patient visit schedules to support productivity and patient needs
- Communicate schedule changes and care updates to the supervisor and scheduler
- Complete patient assessments, care plans, treatment visits, and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Coordinate patient care, discharges, transfers, and supervision of home care aides as needed
- Participate in training, peer review audits, and quality improvement activities
- Support billing-related documentation and insurance coverage processes
- Participate in marketing and promotion of rehab services
