CVOR RN Travel Contract

Overview

Specialty: Registered Nurse, CVOR
Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:00
Hours: 40 per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Facility type: Acute hospital
Trauma level: Level II trauma

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alaska
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
CVOR experience
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

Assignment Details

First-time travelers accepted
On-call required
Weekend coverage is on-call
Floating within scope may be required
Block scheduling may be accommodated
Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Pending license accepted, with strong preference for Alaska RN license in hand
All requested time off must be included with submission
Guaranteed hours: 70 per 2 weeks, with possible call-off of 1 ten-hour shift per 2 weeks
