Critical Care Float Pool RN

- 36 hours per week
Assignment Details
- Float assignment across multiple locations in the Phoenix area
- Floating required between CVICU, NICU, and PICU
- Start date: 9/28/26 to 3/27/27
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- 2 years of experience in Critical Care Float
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- PALS issued by the American Heart Association
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- CVICU experience
Preferred Experience
- Level III or IV NICU hospital experience
- Children’s hospital experience
Education
- ADN, BSN, or Diploma in Nursing
Compliance / Health Requirements
- Flu vaccination required October through April
- Flu exemption must be approved before starting
- If not vaccinated for flu or COVID-19, declination and masking agreements are required, and masking is required during the full respiratory virus season
- COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required
Scheduling Notes
- Shift will be decided in the interview
- Only time off discussed in the interview will be pre-approved
