Location: Eureka, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
Hours per week: 40

Required Qualifications

Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Mammography Technologist experience

Additional Requirements

Government-issued photo ID
Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
E-Verify attestation
Annual background check update
EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start, then monthly updates
HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start, then monthly updates
Annual regulatory training modules required
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance required for travel starts
Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation within 10 years
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and COVID documentation or declination as applicable
Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts
Float policy acknowledgement required
