Occupational Therapist Travel Assignment

Location

East Chicago, Indiana

Assignment Details

Travel position
13-week contract
40 guaranteed hours per week
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekend coverage: 1 weekend per month
Start-of-day report time: 8:00 AM

Setting

Acute inpatient rehab
Geriatric patient population
20-bed unit

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
OTR
Master's degree in occupational therapy
Experience working with Adult patients

Preferred Experience

Hospital experience preferred

Additional Notes

Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke and orthopedic cases
Must be flexible and collaborative
Scrub color: Teak
Parking is available in a lot outside the facility
