Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Burbank, California
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Start is ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Locals and travelers accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
- May need to float within scope to other clinic locations
Required Qualifications
- Echo Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- ARDMS or CCI certification required
Job Expectations
- Focus on regular echocardiograms
- No vascular studies
- No stress testing
- Expected to deliver quality images and high physician satisfaction
