**Join Our Dynamic Team of Registered Nurses!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse eager to make a difference in the lives of new mothers and their babies? Join us in providing exceptional care in a supportive environment! - **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care aligned with patient needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through ongoing assessments. - Develop and coordinate individualized care plans using initial and continuous assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patient issues and physician diagnoses. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with compassion and expertise. - Manage the care of postpartum patients effectively. - Document care in accordance with established standards and patient acuity. - Advocate for evidence-based practices and innovate care delivery. - Deliver patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing standards. - Embrace additional duties as assigned with enthusiasm and professionalism. - **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 3+ years of Mother-Baby experience required. - Proficiency in Labor and Delivery, OR, Postpartum, and Antepartum care. - Strong soft skills in dealing with newborn patients. - **Education Requirements:** - Required: ASN. - Preferred: BSN. - **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - BLS (AHA) - NRP - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM certification (required for specified facilities). - **Schedule:** - Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Work: 3 x 12 hour shifts - Every Other Weekend Required - 3 out of 6 Holidays Required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
