Physical Therapist
Job Overview

- Location: Kodiak, Alaska
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
- Hours: 40 per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
Work Setting
- Acute care, long-term care, and outpatient setting
- May float within scope to outpatient, acute care, and SNF coverage
Schedule / Assignment Details
- No on-call
- No weekend requirement
- No block scheduling
- Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks, with up to 1 ten-hour shift call-off per 2 weeks
Preferred Experience
- Pediatrics
- Adolescents
Additional Notes
- Housing and a rental vehicle are provided during the assignment
- Pets are not allowed in housing
- Housing is typically a 1-bedroom apartment
- Housing move-in is available no earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and no later than 24 hours after it ends
- Housing must be cleaned at move-out or additional cleaning fees may apply
