Operating Room RN

Job Overview

Travel/contract RN position in Fortuna, California
26-week assignment
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
Tdap vaccination within 10 years or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and COVID documentation or declination as applicable
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024

Assignment Notes

Traveler may be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance
Badge photo required before start
