**Exciting Opportunity for Licensed Therapists in California!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate therapist looking to make a real impact? Join our dynamic team and help change lives! - **Location:** 15891 Los Gatos Almaden Road, Los Gatos, CA 95032 - **Shift:** Full-time, Day Shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - **Unit Overview:** - 10 patients per group - 5 groups run daily - Collaborative environment with an 8-member staff, including 1 RN and 6 Outpatient Therapists (LMFT or LCSW) - **Required Qualifications:** - Must have an MA degree (must be 2 years out from your master’s program) - Full license in California (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) — must not be associate level - BLS Certification - **Desired Skills:** - Knowledge of CBT and DBT skills - Experience running psychotherapy or skills groups - **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate psychotherapy and skills groups - Document sessions in Meditech - Conduct psychosocial assessments - Update treatment plans - Participate in treatment team meetings - Assist with discharge planning - Perform safety assessments as needed - **Dress Code:** - Business casual attire required; no jeans **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
