Physical Therapist Travel Assignment

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience).
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in inpatient rehab is preferred.
Schedule
- Tuesday-Saturday preferred.
- Alternative schedule: Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation.
- Shift time: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- May be required to work holidays.
Work Setting Details
- Position is limited to inpatient rehab only.
- No floating to other units.
Additional Notes
- One position available.
- Start date: 10/12/2026.
- Reason for opening: contractor replacement.
- Facility has 11 beds.
- Scrub/dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs, or khaki pants with a polo shirt.
- Free employee parking behind the building.
