RN - Med Surg

Job Overview

Location: Hermitage, Tennessee
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 36
Unit: 5th floor
Bed count: 33

Schedule

Every other weekend
Floating required to other appropriate areas as needed

Patient Care Environment

Patient ratio: 6:1 on days, 7:1 on nights
Unit staffing includes 3 techs per shift and unit secretaries on day shift
Equipment used includes IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
