RN - Emergency Dept

Role Overview

Travel RN position in an emergency department in Boerne, Texas
13-week assignment
36 hours per week
Shift options: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Rotating weekends or 4 weekend shifts per schedule; holidays per unit policy
No call requirement

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
NIHSS
CPI

Unit Details

Emergency department with urgent care, stroke/STEMI, and pediatric cases
Travelers are required to float as needed
Meditech is used for documentation

Preferred

Meditech experience preferred

Work Environment

Navy scrub top and pants; navy or white scrub jacket
Clean, neat appearance expected, with body art covered when possible and visible piercings other than ears not allowed
