Radiotherapy Technologist
Overview
- Contract assignment in Greenbrae, California
- 13 weeks
- Day shift: Monday through Friday, 5 x 8 hours, starting between 0700 and 0800
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in California
- Radiation Therapist (3 years of experience)
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- ARRT
- BLS
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and align patients using imaging techniques for radiation therapy treatment
- Assess patient status during direct interaction and make appropriate referrals to care team members
- Prepare for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks, room setup, calculations, electronic medical record checks, and treatment calendar programming
- Perform patient setup and CT scans for radiation therapy treatment planning as needed
- Work with other radiation therapists and team members to complete additional tasks as needed
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ
