  • Experience working with adults
  • Ortho and neuro experience preferred

  • Call requirements: None
  • Patient ratio: 6 patients to 1 therapist
  • Start-of-assignment attire: Black scrubs
  • Report time: 8:00 AM

Compliance Notes

  • Influenza vaccination or approved exemption is required to work on site
  • A facility-specific exemption form is required if using an approved exemption
  • Masking is required during flu season for those with an approved exemption
